The "PAHABOL SA TAGLUGON" 4-Cock Derby is the longest running cock-season ender which was originally conceptualized 28 years ago to accommodate cockers and breeders nationwide to fight their remaining cocks and bullstags before undergoing 4 to 6 months of moulting. It has already attracted more than 1,800 cockers in the past years. This annual event has established many record-breaking feats in terms of participants and patrons that have paid to witness it.
It will be staged on JULY 24, 2015 (Friday) at the world-class PASAY COCKPIT ARENA, which is currently the most comfortable and accessible cockpit in Metro Manila. To assure that all matches are balanced and fair, entries are bracketed according to classification.
Because of its very favorable ONE-DAY STRAIGHT DERBY FORMAT, the number of satisfied participants has grown considering its convenience and there are no more grueling elimination rounds. It stakes a guaranteed prize that will easily reach up to P500,000. Entry fee is pegged at P11,000. Submission of weights is 1 day before the fight (July 23, 2015) from 1PM-9PM. Provincial entries are advised to reserve their cockhouses earlier.

On the search for some good chickens.
My brother is fairly new and wants to buy some chickens from good reputable breeders. He's came to
the conclusion of getting Albany, (Radio or Kelso), grey, Roundhead, and hatch
these are some names I came up with and would like to know if they are still known for these blood lines in the Day of Today:
Larry Romero: Albany
Kelso: Dink Fair
Radio: Dwayne White
Roundhead: Boston Morris or Garry Gilliam
Hatch: ???? Not sure on this one. I have the Hoskins hatch and are fairly good I tell him to not worry I'm the hatch department but would like to hear other names....

Help crazy chicken
I have a layer stag with crazy legs. This just started a couple days ago I would just knock him in the head but he is free ranging with my game birds . I have a video but I can't upload it would love for y'all to see what he's doing his knees been backwards and he acts dizzy. Is there anyone that will let me email or text this video to you on the iPhone and you upload it for me. He doesn't act sick He just acts like he can't walk and his knees bend backwards. injured toes
One of my favorite stags I raised last year a straight doc rob hatch the only one that lived to adulthood got off tie cord couple weeks back and pen fought a couple brood cocks now his right foot the center toenail is broke off the toe itsself looks broke and on his left foot his prop toe sits to the side forward facing like a thumb how bad is this will he ever be healed up enough for show id really hate to crank his head I love this stag but his feet are in rough shape thanks for input or advice

Using hens inside your range (pros and cons)
Just wondering what people's experience with this is. Seems like a good idea but I'm not keen on putting multiple 250$ Pullets on the range when the time comes. I was wondering how easy it is to trick another hen into adopting a family of chicks that are not hers. I'd assume chicks would get a good head start having someone to show them the ropes. Any input welcome...thanks
