Butcher from dominator gamefarm?
Hi Sirs!
Good day! Does anyone here knows if Dominator Gamefarm has a butcher bloodline? It so happened that we got an F1 pullet around 2008 from a relative who said that it was out of a Butcher Brood Hen acquired by his financier directly from Dominator Farm of Sir Patrick Puno.
I just want to know the authenticity of this blood cause what I've seen in his farm are oftenly sweaters. This particular blood has done very well with us. Last 2009 matings we produced 7 stags and all won. 2 of them won unscratched 4 with minor injuries and 1 died after 2 pecks and winning his fight who happened to be matched up against 13x winner in our locality.
Now, after the long pause in cock fighting we are planning again to breed. We still got an inbreed of this butcher hen to be paired up with our Kelso brood cock. Though I don't really bother with her capacity but I hope somebody can enlighten me.

My friend is getting married up by Pampanga AC in the Phillipines. Would enjoy meeting some folks there. I'm also looking in to taking some chickens with me. Has anyone did this? I'm also going down to Cebu. It will be at the end of june beginning of July.

You no was just wondering how much everybody else loves there birds ,,,,for me i love it everyday when i turn in the drive off copperhead rd onto the gravel road leading up to the house i drive slow and blow the horn cause they no dad,s home and i watch them paceing the wire pulling on the tie cords and no it,s time to be talked to and fed ,,,,and watered and took care of ,,,GAMEFOWL IS A PASSION FOR ME ,,,

year round feed ?
Can really use some help in finding a good year round feed for my games, I have been using a mix grain feed and at times I don`t feel like they are getting the proper nutrition.

Don't Always Get What You Ask For In Brood Stock....
I have been raising gamefowl for almost 50 years and have experienced many hard times with brood fowl that were not what was expected. Have ordered brood stock from many famous breeders from yester-years as well as recently. Some were fair and some were terrible. Will give an example. Ordered a so called pure sweater from a popular breeder. Got one hen half Kelso - half sweater. Another hen got a half yellow leg hatch - half sweater. Oh and the brood cock was a mean cock with pinto stripes down his head with orange plumage and white streamers with yellow legs. Thinking the breeder is well known and supposed to be honest I bred both hens and got reasonably good stags. Just not what I expected. One hen had white leg stags and the other hen had yellow leg stags without the white streamers. Both sides showed and some were good and some just could not make the cut and were disposed of. Tried again the next season, but as they aged the offspring got worst. Then the entire lot was disposed of brood trio and all. Years later I found out that the hens were crosses and the cock was a cross as well.
Another example, another well known breeder of Lieper. Got a so called Lieper pair. Bred the hen to my Mclean Hatch. Breed the cock to my Mclean hen. From the Lieper cock side all the stags looked different. Now I know my Mclean hen which I had many good stags from would throw uniform stags, but not this time with a Lieper cross. All the stags looked different from one another. Now on the Lieper hen side, this became very interesting. She threw stags that again looked different with only one out of 15 was worth keeping. One of the stags was hatched out as a Bolo. Yes a Bolo, a rumpless stag. I still have him to prove that I was taken again by another famous breeder. I won't mention names of the breeders because it is not my style to throw stones as maybe someone in the farm is just setting me up for a good laugh. So in my humble opinion, sometimes we don't get what we expect or what we we ask for in brood stock. When placing orders for brood stock, via the telephone, social media, or any other means be very careful and if you could select your brood stock, do so and check the breeders record carefully. Whenever a breeder does not want to show his records, go somewhere else.

Why do chickens give up/Quit.
Had a friend take one of my blueface/mugg crosses and show him.My chicken got his wing broke in the first fly, after that he came alive.Went to the drag and went 45 min,s...45 mins people and It was non stop hammering.Awsome power and plenty of wind.Had the other bird totally cut
down, but then just walked away.Wouldnt finish him or even peck.My buddy said it just happens sometimes, I think being that my bird was only about 17/19 mths old and facing a 2+ yr old had alot to do with it.What do yall think.Thanks in advance.

Mclean trio problems
I bought a trio about 3 years ago of some green legged mcleans now i had one of the hens of the trio die on me and i called the breeder i got the hen from to try to get a sister of her so i keep the bloodline going i have yet to breed back on any side but the problem is that the breeder messed up the marking and the stag and the hen that died are straight breed brother and sister.
I only have one pullet and stag put of that brother sister mating what can be done with that i have heard this is the fastest way to mess up a bloodline.
have any of you never gotten a trio like this is this breed-able?

Gray hen out of blueface regular gray cock
Hello everyone I got what it seems to be a gray hen from a friend of mine, her dad is blueface regular gray and the mom is blueface she came out silver gray but has red sisters , I my self own a pure regular gray cock from jeremy chandler but I was wondering if it was a good idea if I bred the gray hen to my pure regular gray cock will all chicks be pure gray the way I want them to be should I be worried about the red genes from the blue face that are in her..? or should I just try to get a pure gray hen from jeremy chandler ?

Black grey crosses
I came along of a black jap hen. I'm going to cross her to pure sweater grey cock. I've never crossed black blood in my greys. I usually use my Mercedes hatch, but I want to try something different. Has anyone ever had success crossing black jap blood with grey blood.
