For birds not in keep, do you still rotate them from string walk to string walk so they can always see different roosters? Does that help in preventing staleness

Just a newbie question: is there any difference to cross Rooster A to Hen B = AB
If I cross another Rooster B cross to Hen A = BA
where A & B for rooster & Hen comes from the same blood line ( brother/Sister )
The difference is from the 1st cross I will used a rooster for Blood line A and in the second Scenario i will be using Rooster from blood line B.
Is there any difference in their off spring? or they will be similar in Fighting style/Body confirmation/looks or they will be totally different as I understand that fighting style usually from the Mothers Genes and looks from the Father.

Feeding Meat
Hey guys just wanted to get some opinions of feeding meat to our show birds..I knew a guy that used to feed raw liver to his birds during conditioning and ive seen him compete and one things for sure his birds had good power and were strong all through the battle..I know the liver provides B-12 and i would like to know if anyone knows how often to give them..I think he was giving a marble size i think twice a week..I even bought coaches keep and he used boiled hamburger about a tablespoon per six birds if i remember right and also using the water the hamburger was boiled in to soak the grain feed in which i felt contained too much oil...any opinions are appreciated as i am always looking to help my birds compete..
