Fellas this is a post BL posted on Facebook thought I'd share it on here.
I recently did an interview with "Real Sports with Brian Gumbal which will air on HBO the 21st of Feb at 10:00pm depending on local broadcast time of the program. This is the e-mail I just recieved from on of the producers that I met while arranging and conducting the interview.

Greetings hope you and your daughter are well.
The piece is indeed still slated to air Feb 21st at 10pm (but please double check your local listings because sometimes it will air at 9p or a slightly different time depending on the city).
While we do not preview pieces, I can assure you that this is a story that represents you and your beliefs in a fair and accurate manner.
I can tell you the piece runs about 14 minutes and is pretty wide ranging covering the Oklahoma contingent, then looking at how the sport is thriving in the last place its legal in this country the territory of Puerto Rico, where it generates BIG money and is widely celebrated, and finally we interview a police officer whose job it is to try and stop cock fighting from happening. For the record, we DO ask her pointedly if it isnt a little ironic that they kill the birds that they confiscate. I can also tell you that we did not interview anyone from the Humane Society.
I hope that gives you a little more of a sense of the story and I will of course be happy to discuss it with you or any of your other concerned game cock farmers after they see it. You have my email and phone number feel free to share it with any and all concerned.
All best,
Tim
