Gaff Setting Video.

I came across this cocker tying his gaffs on. I think it is Vietnam.
It's interesting as the gaff is set contrary to a "normal" socket gaff. It seems to me that a Death Ray may be aligned at a similar angle.
What's your opinion on Set-Point-length or anything related I adjsdtments?
