Problems with Jerenzano Hens

So I posted in the Jerenzanos thread. About my Jerenzanos hens fighting and killing other hens on my yard. One hen killed one of my JD Walker blueface brood hens. So I let the hens out during the day with chicks. Usually in the past my hens would work it out on the yard. One would be the top hen the others would stay out of each other's way. I had 4 Jerenzano brood hens. They keep fighting. I know the answer. Dont let the hens out. The chicks can get out of pens. Now today my favorite hen. She has 2 long spurs like a cock. Fought her cousin with one long spur one short spure. Her head is swollen ,and blind in one eye. I iced her head right away. 6 min on straight ice. Will do it again a couple times a day. I gave her 200 mil. of ibuprofen. 3 mil. of Penicillin. Her other eye is closed. I will feed her Turkey with rice baby food tomorrow and continue daily ,but if that other eye is damaged. Ill have to kill her.

Anyways I acquired these fowl last year. One trio I bred them once. Out of both clutches only 2 chicks survived hawks. So this year is the learning year. These hens are so game and deadly head hitters. I wonder what the cocks are like. They are built perfect, gentle easy to handle. When they are fed. They call the hens over and wait for them to start eating.

The hens are excellent mothers. They will take in the other chicks from another hen. Our whitehackle will kill a neighbor chick.

So I guess I'm done venting
